At ETIKET, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. That’s why we follow the standard rules for returns and refunds.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us if you wish to return it.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to info@etiketwine.com with your order number and details of the items you want to return.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to ship the items back.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing delivery or failing to collect your package.

Returns

– Only unopened bottles in their original packaging are accepted.
– Opened bottles cannot be returned.
– Return shipping is at your own expense and responsibility until the package is delivered to us.
– We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service.
– We do not accept returns sent COD or to parcel shops.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on:
– Special orders or wines sourced on request
– Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days after we receive the returned items.
If the items are damaged or the packaging is missing, we may deduct a reduction for loss of value.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@etiketwine.com with photos and a short description. We will review your case and arrange either a replacement or a refund.
