Danish warehouse and fast dispatch

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Kongens Lyngby, where wines are stored under proper conditions. Each bottle is packed with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Delivery normally takes 1–3 business days from the shipping date. Delivery times are indicative, and occasional delays may occur.

– Free shipping on orders above 1,000 DKK

All shipments are trackable.

Safe transport

We work with trusted carriers (GLS and others), and all shipments are sent as tracked parcels. During periods of extreme heat or cold, delivery may take a little longer to ensure the wine’s quality is preserved.

Damages during transport

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@etiketwine.com with photos and a short description. We will review the case promptly and offer either a refund or a replacement.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected from the parcel shop and is returned to us, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
