These terms apply when you visit our website or place an order with ETIKET WINE. They are here to clarify your rights, our responsibilities, and how we handle the practical aspects of your order. By using the site, you accept the terms below.

We are a Danish company. All orders are processed and shipped from Denmark.

2. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase wine from ETIKET.

3. Products

We strive to present every wine as accurately and reliably as possible.
All wines are delivered in the stated vintage unless otherwise clearly specified. Minor variations in labels, capsules, or packaging may occur, as producers occasionally update designs. Product images on the webshop are therefore for guidance only.

4. Orders & payment

An order is confirmed only once payment has been completed and accepted.
All prices are shown in DKK and include VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order – for example in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or payment problems.

5. Promotions & gift cards

From time to time we may offer discount codes, promotions, or gift cards. These may be limited by time, quantity, or scope of use. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined. We reserve the right to change or withdraw offers without notice.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver only within Denmark.
Orders are normally packed within 1 business day and typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Shipping is free on orders above 1,000 DKK.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility passes to the customer.

7. Returns & refunds

You have the right to return unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Opened bottles cannot be returned.

All returns must be approved in advance. Please contact info@etiketwine.com before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer and must include tracking.

We do not accept returns on:
– Items marked as Final sale
– Special orders or wines sourced on request

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and a short description. We will review the case promptly and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Resale

Purchases are for private use only. Resale, export, or distribution is not permitted without prior agreement.

9. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control – including transport issues, strikes, customs processing, or other extraordinary conditions.

10. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for your order.
We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or delays caused by third parties.

11. Personal data

We collect and process only the information necessary to complete and deliver your order. You can read more in our [Privacy Policy].
Orders are handled through Shopify, which securely processes parts of your information.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled under Danish rules, with Copenhagen as the legal venue.

13. Changes

We may update these terms without notice. The version published on this page is always the valid one.
