Nervi Conterno Gattinara 2018 is an elegant and complex red wine from Piedmont, crafted from 100% Nebbiolo. It shows a deep ruby hue and an aromatic profile of red berries, rose petals, tar, and delicate spices. On the palate, it combines freshness and structure – lively acidity, refined tannins, and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Aged for three years in large Slavonian oak casks, the wine gains depth and finesse while maintaining its signature purity. The volcanic soils at the foot of Monte Rosa add a cool, stony precision that defines the style of northern Nebbiolo.

Founded in 1906, Nervi is the oldest winery in Gattinara. Today, it is owned by Roberto Conterno – the legendary winemaker behind some of Piedmont’s most revered Barolos. Under his direction, Nervi Gattinara has reached new heights of precision and balance, showcasing Nebbiolo in its most graceful and transparent form.

A wine with remarkable aging potential and a pure expression of Alto Piemonte. Perfect with lamb, mushrooms, or aged cheeses. Serve at 16–18 °C.
