Made from 100% Sangiovese grown on the Tenuta Nuova estate vineyard — a site chosen to show just how far the variety can reach in terms of purity and complexity. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before natural fermentation in conical steel vats. The wine then ages for 35 months in oak and an additional 15 months in bottle before release.

The bouquet is deep and refined, with notes of dark cherry, wild herbs, rose, graphite, and tobacco. On the palate, it unfolds in layers of ripe fruit, spice, and mineral tension. The tannins are fine and tightly woven, giving a long, resonant finish where elegance and strength meet in perfect balance.
